Boarding, Playcare, Additional Services

Our suites are all in a large, bright, air conditioned quarter of Alicia's Leash. Inside, dogs have lounges, music, a water fountain and access to humans 24/7! Boarding guests follow the same schedule as our playcare pups. All dogs are assessed and grouped according to size, temperament, and activity level.

Meowtel

Our Meowtel is a large loft offering an outdoor "catio", large open windows, and lounges so your kitties can enjoy the crisp cool breeze while staying warm and cozy inside. With so many fun activities constructed within the loft, your cats will never get bored while you are away.

Basically an Uber for dogs. Anywhere they need to go, we get them there.

We put all dogs in a designated kennel 10 minutes before and during drop off and pick ups to ensure safety. Please be courteous and send us a text or give us a call if you are running late or need, to cancel. If you need to drop off or pick up outside of the times listed below, let us know and we can work that out.
One Day
Clients get a full refund if they cancel by noon the day before the stay starts. After that, they get a 50% refund on the first 7 cancelled days and 100% refund on any days after that.
Clients get a full refund if they cancel by noon 3 days before the stay starts. After that, they get a 50% refund on the first 7 cancelled days and 100% refund on any days after that.
Seven Day
Clients get a full refund if they cancel by noon, one week before the stay starts. After that, they get a 50% refund on the first 7 cancelled days and 100% refund on any days after that.
